Private training sessions may also be in a gym specific
setting focusing on distinct attributes for performance
improvement. Private/personal training sessions for the gym
environment are typically for individuals that are 11 years of
age or older. Sessions include SAQ (Speed, Agility,
Quickness) exercises, plyometric training, and/or specialized
fitness tests that are used for performance improvement
while specifically modified for each individual. Trainers also
monitor and record each individual’s progress in order to
reach personal goals and objectives.
In the Gym: Private Session – 1.0 HOUR(s) $70 + Processing Fee/Tax

*Please note that the fees for Private and Small Group Training programs are allocated to: Training rental of facility per session, training fees, time for session planning and development, and any travel fees.
