SA Athletic FC offers private and group soccer training sessions.  Our trainers are current/former professional players and/or certified coaches who have played and trained at some of the highest levels of soccer around the world.  We offer various programs in different training environments designated to provide specialized and even position specific training geared for individuals and small groups.  Please see all of our programs below:


Private training sessions and individualized programs are designed to offer a more focused and specialized approach to individual training.  Player’s benefit from specific training sessions uniquely tailored to their individual skills and needs.  Trainers work with each player in order to assess and develop specific techniques as well as continue to build strengths and develop in areas of improvement.  Trainers will monitor and record progress in order to reach the player’s individual goals/objectives.


Private training sessions may also be conducted in a gym specific setting focusing on distinct attributes for performance improvement.  Private/personal training sessions strictly in the gym environment are typically for individuals that are 12 years old and above.  Sessions may include SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) exercises, plyometric training, specialized fitness tests that are used for performance improvement specifically for each individual.  Trainers also monitor and record each individual’s progress in order to reach personal goals and objectives.


The group-training program offers the opportunity for small groups to develop specific skills and methods of play.  These sessions are designed to concentrate on the individuals’ needs, in addition to incorporating small game-like situations.  This option is a great mix of individual attention and small group coaching.  Groups can be made of teammates or friends that have the desire to develop together and work on specific technical elements as well as tactical aspects of play in challenged situations.

The modern goalkeeper-training program provides quality technical instruction with individual development as the focus.  Goalkeepers will be trained in various technical aspects of the game including reaction time, footwork, diving, timing and more.  Trainers also monitor and record each individual’s progress in order to reach personal goals and objectives.
